The included calibration and rotation software is finicky with Vista32. The rotate function is cool I guess, but it is kind of annoying that it doesn't seem to lock in place horizontally after rotating it. Samsung always packages their monitors well - this one includes a VGA and DVI cables, as well as audio.Ĭons: These are more annoyances than anything else, but the inputs are not very strategically placed - they face straight down. I've actually never had a Samsung with dead pixels - part quality and part luck I'm sure. I ordered two of these and both came with zero dead pixels. The touch controls on the front panel are a nice touch which include input switching - thought that was really cool if you plan on using this for multiple devices. Keep in mind the CABINET is glossy, not the screen. Pros: The picture is beautiful and sharp! The colors are vibrant and fairly accurate out of the box.
